    This place was recommended by a friend. He had asked me to look up Shecky's and ask for the Chicken Gigi.
    Looks like he hasn't been here in sometime since the place is now called Pasta Brioni although they still had the Gigi on the menu. In fact the name was screaming out loud on the menu board which was displayed behind the counter. True to the recommendation I ordered the Gigi and I had a chat with the server behind the counter. He also gave me an additional helping when I told him I had come searching for this place and this particular dish.

    Anyway, I settled into a small table by the window and took one bite of the chicken and that's all I needed to realize why this dish was on top of their menu for the last 20 years so. The gravy on the chicken was out of this world. The chicken was so tender and tasty OMG. The pasta part of the dish was great as well but nothing extraordinary. This dish was all about the chicken. For a second I felt like the food critic Ego from the movie Ratatouille after he took the first bite of the dish bearing the movie's name.

    To sum it up, I'll be coming back for more 'Gigi' and will also try their other dishes as well.

    Lasagnas was really good lots of layers of meaty cheesy goodness. Definitely could use a little more flavour. Pizza was ok, definitely need to come back with a bigger appetite.

    Simply amazing food. The carbonara is actual REAL carbonara, not a wine and cream sauce with bacon. Everything is so rich and flavorful. Have been here many time and never had a bad meal

    Really enjoyed having dinner here the other night. Not a fancy place - great for a casual lunch or dinner. Food was delicious and pricing was extremely affordable. Portion sizes were very generous. If you like mozzarella sticks get the appetizer: mozzarella marinate. It was amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying Italian meal

    Found this gem on the way to other place .  Chicken Gigi was awesome and reasonably priced
